DAHLIA GILLESPIE- Leader of the Silent Hill cult - The Order. Dahlia began investigating the possibility of creating a child who would give birth to their god. The intention being for this god to destroy mankind and rebirth mankind anew.

Through magical conjuration,Dahlia created Alessa.Within this child was their god in embryonic form. As the child grew,Dahlia realised she did not need the child- just the power within her. She locked Alessa in her room and set the house on fire burning down half the town in the process.

Alessa survived though badly burned and comatose.Dahlia locked up Alessa within an old storage room in the hospital.

In the game, Dahlia uses Harry to find Alessa and at the final battle is killed by the Mother of God.
