Jasper is obsessed by the Occult. He seems confused and troubled always going on about some mysterious Cult that once struck terror to the towns people of Silent Hill. Is he just a confused cult groupie or was Jasper once a member?

Jasper speaks with a very bad stutter so have the sub titles on if you want to hurry him along. Although his mortal presence is short, you need Jasper to progress through the game.
