He lives in 207 which is directly opposite Henry's window.He tells you about the journalist that used to live in 302-apparently the guy went cray.Richard is well armed to keep the yobs at bay. However, their paths cross only twice in the game but as usual the meetings are pivotal to understanding what is going on!
