Henry runs across this little boy in the most improbable of places.They havent spoken a single word since they first met but in the forests of Silent Hill, you get to hear his name. The part he plays in the mystery is yet to be revealed.....

If you want to know who The Boys is- he is infact the physical embodiment of Walter Sullivan as a small boy - when Walter made his travels from the Orphanage in Silent Hill to Room 302 to see his "mother". He appears throughout the game as a hint more than any direct involvement.
